Fix Recommendation

Configure the Standard Mandatory DOD Notice and Consent Banner.

1. For AOS, Prism Central, and AHV, enter the following commands, then add the banner below.

$ ncli cluster edit-cvm-security-params enable-banner=true'

2. For Nutanix Files, enter the following commands, then add the banner below.

$ afs security.edit_security_config enable_banner=enable

For all operating systems, enter the banner exactly, including the syntax.
