Configure Amazon Linux 2023 to authenticate the remote logging server for off-loading audit logs by setting the following option in "/etc/rsyslog.conf" or "/etc/rsyslog.d/[customfile].conf":

$ActionSendStreamDriverAuthMode x509/name
