Fix Recommendation

Administrator access is required to upgrade the system.

1. Log in to the Cylance support portal (myAccount.blackberry.com) and download the latest On-Prem update package.
2. Enable Maintenance Mode.
3. Take VM Snapshots for back up purposes.
4. Navigate to CONFIGURATION >> Settings.
5. Under "CylanceON-PREM Info", select "Upgrade".
6. Choose the latest CylanceON-PREM file and click "Start Upgrade".

Monitor for the "Update is in progress" message and a "Successful update" notification upon completion. The appliance will then restart automatically.
