Fix Recommendation

Update the NixOS config, typically stored either in /etc/nixos/configuration.nix or /etc/nixos/flake.nix, to only use the root group for files under /etc/audit.

Rebuild and switch to the new NixOS configuration:
$ sudo nixos-rebuild switch
