Select the ESXi Host >> Configure >> System >> Advanced System Settings.

Click "Edit". Select the "Mem.MemEagerZero" value and configure it to "1".

Get-VMHost | Get-AdvancedSetting -Name Mem.MemEagerZero | Set-AdvancedSetting -Value 1
