Below the last line of the "PreStartCommandArg" block, add or reconfigure the following line:

"StreamRedirectFile": "%VMWARE_LOG_DIR%/vmware/vsphere-ui/logs/vsphere-ui-runtime.log",

Restart the appliance for changes to take effect.

Expected result:
