Navigate to each of the <Connector> nodes.

Configure each <Connector> node with the value:

connectionTimeout="20000"

Restart the service with the following command:

# vmon-cli --restart perfcharts

At the command prompt, run the following command:

# xmllint --xpath '/Server/Service/Connector/@connectionTimeout' /usr/lib/vmware-perfcharts/tc-instance/conf/server.xml

Expected result:

connectionTimeout="20000"
