Open the IIS 10.0 Manager.

Double-click the "SSL Settings" icon.

Verify the "Clients Certificate Required" check box is selected.

Select "Apply" from the "Actions" pane.

- The server being reviewed is hosting Simple Certificate Enrollment Services (SCEP).
