-D HTTPD_ROOT="/etc/httpd"
-D SERVER_CONFIG_FILE="conf/httpd.conf"

Based on the "SSLCertificateFile" directive path, configure the Apache web server to ensure only authenticated and authorized users can access the web server's private key.
